Our staff possess the upmost respect for our customers and the diligence it takes to provide excellent service. Strong leadership allows for freedom of artistic licence which is what our company prides itself on. Part of the hiring process here at newGen is that we ask if the perspective staff member has recently played in a Sand Box or eaten worms. We feel this is a great way to assess whether or not they are willing to perform ridiculous tasks and if they will be fun enough to entertain other employees.
